• each day the campaign duration will be 12 hours (12.00 pm-11.59 pm). the first customer who would buy sim from e-shop in each of the hour will win an attractive prize

• the smartphone winner in the first time slot of 12.00 to 12.59 pm of each day of the campaign will also get a chance to meet shakib-shishir at the end of the campaign period
• after booking the sim online, the customers must activate their sim within 5 working days to be eligible as winners. if the customer chooses home delivery, then banglalink agent will provide delivery and ensure activation within 5 working days. if the customer chooses store pick-up, then the customer needs to collect and activate the sim from any nearest banglalink outlet within 5 days
• on the 6th working day, the winners will be notified with a text and phone call from banglalink agent regarding the collection of gifts
• the banglalink agent will inform the winners about their nearest banglalink service point from where they would need to collect the gift. during collection of gift, winners need to show their gift code which will be communicated to them through sms
• if a customer books the sim at the beginning of an hour but does not collect the sim through home delivery or store pick-up within 5 days then his/her booking will be cancelled and he will automatically be disqualified from the campaign
• the winners of the mega event with shakib-shishir will receive a text followed by a call from banglalink agent to inform them about time and venue of the event. if the customer cannot be reached after trying for 3 or 4 times, then s/he will not be entitled for the prize anymore
• each customer will be eligible for only one gift during the campaign period
